Jim’s 30 plus years of senior-level intercollegiate athletics experience in the NCAA landscape and a National Governing Body provides clients with a unique access to industry leadership, resources, and services.

Jim has been intimately involved with conference realignments, identified and added affiliate members, launched new league sport sponsorships, and coordinated and managed large-scale conference championship at marquee neutral-site venues. He has also spearheaded multi-million-dollar sponsorship and marketing contracts, orchestrated regular-season scheduling and championship formats, and was involved with pandemic-related policies and strategies.

His executive staff roles include the Big East Conference (original/BCS era), the American Athletic Conference, and USA Track & Field-New Jersey Association.

Noted for his analytical prowess and administrative acumen, Jim served on and chaired the NCAA DI Men’s Lacrosse Committee and Olympic Sport Liaison Committee.  He has also served on select NCAA officiating subcommittees and was a board member of the USILA (United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association).

Jim is a New Jersey native and received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sciences & Sports Studies from Rutgers University (1989) where he was a successful track & field student-athlete and coach.
